Born in Quebec, Canada Amelie's innate interest in all things creative led her to study Presentation Design at Sainte Foy College where she had her first formal introduction to art theory, and began the journey that would lead her to develop her unique exploration of colour and texture, light and shadow that make up her landscape paintings so rich in dream-like atmosphere. Amelie moved to Ireland in 2001 and her vibrant pieces have been attracting fans and collectors throughout the country and abroad ever since.

Amelie was recently feartured on RTE's Nationwide programme.
